Cancer cannot live in oxygen
In order to properly digest anything, our bodies produce enzymes to help break the food down. There are specific enzymes for proteins, starches, fats and carbohydrates. These enzymes cannot do their jobs properly if we combine too many different types of food at one sitting, like at a typical family dinner. Such a complicated mixture of food confuses our digestive system, resulting in putrefaction, or fermentation. This is where undigested food begins to decompose and creates anaerobic bacteria . Anaerobic bacteria thrive in environments with no oxygen (anaerobic) and over time they can contribute to ill health by causing mutated cells, impaired metabolism and loss of enzyme function. |
